Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 20 April 2026
These terms apply to quotations, surveys, driveway installations, patios, fencing, landscaping, and related exterior works provided by All Pave.
Scope of Work
The agreed quotation or written proposal defines the work included. Anything outside that agreed scope may require a revised quotation, additional labour, materials, or extended timescales.
Quotations and Acceptance
Quotations are based on the information available at the time of pricing. If hidden site conditions, access issues, drainage problems, or structural matters are discovered later, costs and timings may need to be updated. Work is only booked in once the quotation is accepted and any required deposit is received.
Payments
- Deposits may be required to secure labour, plant, or materials
- Stage payments may apply on larger jobs
- Final balances are due in line with the invoice terms
- Late payment may delay completion, handover, or future booking availability
Timescales
All timescales are estimates. Weather, supplier delays, ground conditions, access issues, and customer-requested changes can affect the programme. We will always aim to communicate changes clearly if the schedule moves.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
- Disclose known service runs, drainage issues, or relevant site information where possible
- Ensure vehicles, furniture, and obstacles are cleared from working areas where agreed
- Review quotations and drawings carefully before works begin
Variations
If you request design changes, extra areas, upgraded materials, or additional items during the job, these may be treated as variations and charged separately.
Materials and Appearance
Natural products such as stone, aggregates, timber, and concrete can vary in tone, texture, and weathering. Samples and product images are guides, not guarantees of an identical finish across every batch.
Warranty and Aftercare
Any workmanship guarantee or aftercare guidance provided should be followed. Guarantees do not cover misuse, neglect, accidental damage, poor drainage beyond the agreed scope, movement caused by third-party work, or lack of maintenance.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability for any claim connected to the work is limited to the value of the services supplied, except where the law says otherwise.
